Do the students wear uniforms?
Yes, students are expected to wear a uniform every day. Your campus will provide purchasing information.
What curriculum does Atlantis Academy use?
We utilize SRA Reading, Math U See, Saxon Math, Touch Math, Pearson Interactive Science, HMH Literature and Histories. For intervention, we use Lexia Reading and Ascend Math. We also offer electives such as Spanish, art and physical education.
How old must my child be to begin kindergarten?
Your child must have turned age 5 before Sept. 1 of the entering year.
What is the difference between the Traditional and Foundations program?
The Traditional program model is similar to what can be found in a public school, with a lower teacher to student ratio and personalized instruction. The Foundations program is suited for students who have difficulty mastering the Florida standards and require a more individualized curriculum to make progress toward individual learning goals.
